In collaboration with production studio Detonator, we created this two-minute animation for Beachhead, a security platform specializing in device and data protection for over twenty years.
Beachhead needed a video to promote their new platform, Compliance EZ 2.0, showcasing its usefulness in simplifying complex and often overwhelming audit requirements for businesses.
Character Exploration / Style Frames
Our design expanded the Beachhead world by incorporating the clean simplicity and contrasting color palette of their existing brand into playful office scenes and dynamic but accessible motion graphics. Illustrating both the technical and very human problems their product is designed to solve, was both challenging and fun at the same time.
Storyboard
In storyboarding, we wanted to amplify the humor in the colorful script provided by detonator. It was clear that reliability would be a huge selling point for this product, so we illustrated goofy character moments that played to the familiar workplace experience.
Animation
We went with a clean and playful animation style to help these silly and relatable moments pop, while also keeping the important information clear and accessible. All of the interfaces are stylized to represent the software's brand but still reflect the main functions.
